Integration with ECI
This release includes an integration with another billing system besides ESG’s Prospect to Cash. Multiple features have been added to accomplish this.

Time of Use Product
A new feature specially designed to sell a special product where the customers have to call to be enrolled, they cannot be submitted directly to the billing system. Once the enrollment is submitted, it has a new status: “On Hold Request”.
The enrollment process has also been altered so that when the customer chooses this product, it’s taken to the last step of the process.
OPS ADMIN 2.0 - INTERFACE CHANGES

[1424] - ESG Renewal Template - Contract Renewal Option in System Set Up
A new setting under Utility Manager that allows the user to define the first column of the Create Service Agreement Template for those customers that use ESG as their billing system.
This setting can be located under Utility Manager:
Options:
- Send Y: Always send Y in first column,
- Send N: Always send N in first column.
- Send A: Always send A in first column.
- Based on Contract Status: If the current service agreement is Accepted or Renewed, Y will be sent, otherwise, system will send N.
[948] - Save Browser Information
Browser information is now being saved in the database for Web Enrollments from Stormcrest latest Enrollment Wizard.
[425] - Last Login Column for User Manager
A new column that shows the last time a user logged into OpsAdmin has now been added to the User Manager grid.
[1538] - Quotation Marks on Prospect should be removed to avoid issues
A new validation that removes quotation marks from ESG’s Soap Call for Prospects Submissions. If the account has quotes inside some field, OpsAdmin will remove them before doing a prospect submission:

Avoid empty customer fields before completing enrollment process
[1575] - Renewal notifications - Fix for validation
Correction on validations performed before sending a notification. Sometimes, a user would try to manually release a notification and the system would not generate it because of an incorrect validation.
HOTFIXES
[1542] - Check Start Date Task from OpsAdmin Service not updating accounts
Fix for accounts that were not being updated from Pending to Accepted.
[1560] - Multiple Letters and Emails generated when accessing Invoice Archive Screen
When opening the Invoice Archive under Drops Management, emails and letters were released.
[1546] - Error message when hitting "Renew"
An invalid error message was removed from the renewal process.
[1531] - Sales Date added to Enrollment Manager Excel Export
Sales_Date field has been included under the two exports from Enrollment Manager

[1578] - Published Affiliate plan with Unpublished Parent Plan not appearing in Quick Enrollments
Fix for some Affiliate Plans that were not being displayed because their parent was unpublished.
